Promoting Poland as a tourist destination at Qatar Travel Mart 2021

On 16-18 November 2021 the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Doha participated in Qatar Travel Mart 2021. The event was an opportunity to promote Poland's tourist attractions and increase the interest of local partners, including travel agencies, in organizing tours to our country. The initiative was prepared in cooperation with the Polish Tourism Organization (POT), which representative was available at the stand.
The goal was to build awareness of the Polska brand, consolidate the image of Poland as an attractive tourist destination, as well as to promote Polish culture. The visitors were offered brochures, promotional materials and information about Polish tourist attractions.
Qatar Travel Mart 2021 was held for the first time. Almost 100 exhibitors took part and over 6,300 visitors were registered. The official partners of the event were, among others, Qatar Airways Holidays and Katara Hospitality. The event was accompanied by a conference. The stand of the Embassy was very popular. The offer of medical and spa & wellness services attracted particular attention. Visitors were also informed about the current rules and conditions concerning the entry to Poland.
