Real estate market in Poland presentation for Qatari DIAR and Qatar Investment Authority

On 26 January the embassy, in cooperation with the Qatari branch of the Valustrat company, assisted in organizing a visit to Doha of Mr. Tomasz Puch, the director of the Office and Capital Real Estate Department at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).

The purpose of the visit was to familiarize Qatari investors with current investment opportunities on the Polish commercial real estate market. As part of the visit, meetings were held with representatives of Qatari DIAR and Qatar Investment Authority. The Qatari side emphasized that it constantly monitors developments and investment opportunities on the Polish real estate market, in Warsaw in particular. Representatives of both companies confirmed their interest in investing in Poland in cooperating with Polish developers.

Mr. Puch’s visit was a continuation of the embassy’s initiatives aimed at building and promoting the “Poland” brand in Qatar and the investment opportunities on the Polish real estate market
