The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity is a non-profit charity organization supporting health care in Poland. The Grand Finale is a one-day event organized by the Great Orchestra Foundation in every Polish city, with musical bands playing for charity. During the Grand Finale volunteers collect money and in return give a heart-shaped sticker, a symbol of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. The Grand Finale is also preceded by online auctions for anyone to join. The 32nd Grand Final of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity is held under the slogan: "Post-pandemic lungs.
