ACCESS TO PLANICA

Free bus transport from Kranjska Gora and surrounding area to Planica will be available to all the visitors. We advise you not to go to Planica by car. Buses have priority in arriving to and departing from Planica.

Parking outside the designated parking areas, especially on and by the roads will be consistently sanctioned by the police and the traffic wardens.

Entry points for bus circle route, which starts a few hours before the competition, are located in Kranjska Gora, Podkoren and Rateče.

Visitors returning from Planica are kindly asked to patiently and carefully enter the buses. Entering will be guided by stewards and security personnel with the help of safety fences and controlled gates. This way congestions will be prevented and departure will be faster.

Event site opening times (entry points):

> Thursday, 30. 3. – 7.00 to 2h after the end of competiton

> Friday, 31. 3. – 10.30 to 2h after the end of competiton

> Saturday, 1. 4. – 6.00 to 3h after the end of competiton

> Sunday, 2. 4. – 6.30 to 2h after the end of competiton

> Food/drink offer ends one hour before the event site closes.

ENTERING THE EVENT SITE

During the competition Planica area represents a wider event space. Retention in one spot and watching the competition is only allowed when possessing a ticket or any other basis that allows access to the control area.

Since we wish to prevent congestion at the entrances and ensure that visitors reach the event site as fast as possible, entry will take place in these steps:

1. Ticket control will be performed at the outer entrances.

2. This will be followed by entering the control area.

Visitors with baggage will be directed to entrances for inspection.

Visitors without baggage will be directed to separate entrances.

CHILDREN

To enter the event site all children need tickets (also free tickets) ! Free children’s tickets need to be withdrawn at the sales points or at the registers in Planica. Visitors with invitations also have to withdraw free tickets for their children.

Standing area:

- Children up to (including) 6 years have free entrance every day.

- Children from 7 up to (including) 14 years have to buy tickets for every day except for Sunday.

Tribunes:

- Children up to (including) 2 years have free entrance.

- Children from 3 years onwards have to buy a ticket.
