11. februarja 2022 je veleposlanik Republike Poljske Krzysztof Olendzki s soprogo Joanno Olendzko obiskal Kranj. Pogovor z županom Mestne občine Kranj Matjažem Rakovcem in podžupanom Janezom Černetom je bil posvečen sodelovanju v kulturi in gospodarstvu. Veleposlanik in soproga sta obiskala tudi park Prešernovih sodobnikov Kranju.
