Obecna sytuacja na granicy białorusko-polskiej to wynik celowego eskalowania napięcia przez stronę białoruską. W rejonie naszej granicy znalazły się duże grupy migrantów, które są w pełni kontrolowane przez służby i wojsko białoruskie. Rozpoczęła się właśnie skoordynowana próba masowego wkroczenia na teren RP migrantów wykorzystywanych przez Białoruś do ataku hybrydowego przeciwko Polsce.

Obserwowane działania to konsekwencja obranej przez Łukaszenkę formy zemsty na Polsce, Litwie i Łotwie. Tworząc sztuczny szlak migracyjny, wykorzystując cynicznie migrantów, Łukaszenka stara się destabilizować Polskę, Litwę i Łotwę, a także zmusić Unię Europejską do zniesienia sankcji nałożonych na reżim w Mińsku.

Łukaszenka chce doprowadzić także do rezygnacji z popierania opozycji demokratycznej na Białorusi. Kryzys na granicy białorusko-polskiej ma charakter polityczny i został wytworzony przez struktury państwowe Białorusi przeciwko Polsce, Litwie i Łotwie.

W odniesieniu do Polski działania Łukaszenki mają charakter celowej destabilizacji granicy, ale również są uzupełniane przez metody walki informacyjnej. Białorusini prowadzą działania dezinformacyjne, stosują szantaż emocjonalny eksponując w grupach migrantów dzieci i kobiety, choć stanowią oni mniejszość wśród migrantów. Białoruś liczy na to, że opinia publiczna w Polsce i na Zachodzie będzie wywierała dodatkową presję na polski rząd, by ugiął się pod naciskiem i zaakceptował utworzenie stałego szlaku migracyjnego przez terytorium RP. Migranci w zdecydowanej większości są zainteresowani dostaniem się przez Polskę dalej na Zachód.

Polska podejmuje adekwatne działania zmierzające do obrony granicy Polski, będącej jednocześnie granicą zewnętrzną NATO oraz Unii Europejskiej. Jesteśmy w stałym kontakcie z naszymi partnerami – zarówno w NATO jak i UE. Nasi Sojusznicy kilkakrotnie wyrażali poparcie dla działań Polski obliczonych na zabezpieczenie naszej granicy. Takie działania popierają również Polscy, którzy od władz Polski oczekują przede wszystkim ochrony granicy PL.

 

The current situation on the Belarusian-Polish border is a result of the deliberate escalation of tension by the Belarusian side. There are large groups of migrants in the area of our border, which are fully controlled by the Belarusian security services and army. A coordinated attempt to massively enter the territory of the Republic of Poland by migrants used by Belarus for the hybrid attacks against Poland has just begun. These actions are a consequence of the form of revenge chosen by Lukashenka on Poland, Lithuania and Latvia. By creating an artificial migration route and cynically exploiting migrants, Lukashenka is trying to destabilize Poland, Lithuania and Latvia, and to force the European Union to lift the sanctions imposed on the Minsk regime. Lukashenka also wants to force the EU to give up its support for the democratic opposition in Belarus. The crisis on the Belarusian-Polish border is of political nature and was created by the state structures of Belarus against Poland. Similar hostile actions are taken against Lithuania and Latvia.

Lukashenka's actions aimed at destabilizing the Polish border are also supplemented by methods of information warfare. Belarusians conduct disinformation activities, use emotional blackmail, exposing the participation of children and women in migrant groups, although they are a minority among migrants. Belarus hopes that public opinion in Poland and in the West will put additional pressure on the Polish government to yield to pressure and accept the creation of a permanent migration route through the territory of the Republic of Poland. The vast majority of migrants are interested in getting through Poland further to the West.

Poland is taking adequate steps to defend its border, which is also the external border of NATO and the European Union. We are in constant contact with our partners - both in NATO and the EU. Our Allies have repeatedly expressed their support for Poland's actions aimed at securing our border. Such actions are also supported by Poles, who expect the Polish authorities to protect the border of Poland in the first place.

Die aktuelle Lage an der belarussisch-polnischen Grenze ist das Ergebnis einer bewussten Eskalation der Spannungen durch das belarussische Regime. In der Nähe der polnischen Grenze gibt es große Gruppen von Migranten, die vollständig von den belarussischen Diensten und der belarussischen Armee kontrolliert werden. Ein koordinierter Versuch von Migranten, die durch Belarus für hybride Angriffe gegen Polen ausgenutzt werden, massiv in das Territorium der Republik Polen einzudringen, hat gerade begonnen.

Die überwiegende Mehrheit der Migranten ist daran interessiert, über Polen weiter in den Westen zu gelangen.

Polen trifft angemessene Maßnahmen zur Verteidigung der polnischen Grenze, die auch die Außengrenze der NATO und der Europäischen Union ist. Wir stehen in ständigem Kontakt mit unseren Partnern – sowohl in der NATO als auch in der EU. Unsere Verbündete haben mehrmals ihre Unterstützung für Polens Maßnahmen, die der Verteidigung unserer Grenze dienen, zum Ausdruck gebracht. Solche Maßnahmen werden auch von den polnischen Bürgern unterstützt, die von den polnischen Behörden vor allem einen wirksamen Schutz der polnischen Grenze erwarten.

La situation actuelle à la frontière polono-biélorusse résulte d’une pression renforcée délibérément par le côté biélorusse. Des groupes des migrants, qui sont entièrement contrôlés par les services et les soldats biélorusses, se trouvent à proximité de notre frontière. Un essais coordonné d’entrer en masse sur le territoire de la Pologne par des migrants vient de commencer. Ils sont exploités par la Biélorussie dans une attaque hybride contre la Pologne. Ces actions constituent la vengeance de Loukachenko contre la Pologne, la Lituanie et la Lettonie. En créant une route migratoire artificielle, en exploitant cyniquement des migrants, Loukachenko essait de déstabiliser La Pologne, la Lituanie et la Lettonie, mais aussi de forcer l’Union Européenne à lever des sanctions imposées contre le régime à Minsk. Loukachenko veut aussi qu’on arrête de soutenir l’opposition démocratique en Biélorussie. La crise à la frontière polono-biélorusse a un charactère politique et a été créée par l’appareil de l’etat biélorusse contre la Pologne, la Lituanie et la Lettonie.

En ce qui concerne la Pologne, les actions de Loukachenko se characterise par la déstabilisation délibérée de la frontière, mais elles sont aussi accompagnées par les méthodes de la lutte d’information. Les Biélorusses mènent des actions de désinformation, exercent un chantage émotionnel en accentuant la présence des enfants et des femmes dans des groupes des migrants – même s’ils sont en minorité parmi des migrants. La Biélorussie souhaite que l’opinion publique en Pologne et en Occident exerce une pression supplémentaire sur le gouvernement polonais, pour qu’il cède à cette pression et accepte la création d’une route migratoire permanent via le territoire de la Pologne. Une grande majorité de migrants veulent traverser la Pologne vers l’Occident.

La Pologne entreprend des actions adéquates visant à défendre la frontière polonaise étant également la frontière extérieure de l’OTAN et de l’Union Européenne. Nous sommes tout le temps en contact avec nos partenaires – dans l’OTAN et dans l’UE. Nos alliés ont plusieurs fois exprimé leur soutien aux actions de la Pologne visant à la protection de notre frontière. Ces actions sont aussi soutenues par les Polonais qui, avant tout, attendent de la part des autorités polonaises la protection des frontières de la Pologne.
