The CIA Director paid a visit to Warsaw

Today in Warsaw, Poland’s Minister – Special Services Coordinator Mariusz Kamiński met with Director of CIA William Burns, to discuss the current security situation in the light of the Russian aggression against Ukraine.

During the visit of the Head of the Central Intelligence Agency, the talks focused on the present challenges related to the Russian war in Ukraine and on the Polish-American cooperation in the domain of security. Minister Mariusz Kamiński and Director William Burns discussed also yesterday’s events that occurred in Ukraine and Poland, as well as their possible implications for Poland, our region and our Allies.

It was another meeting of the two highest-level intelligence and security officials, which confirms strong bilateral relations and close contact with our partners.
