LIST OF CENTRAL AUTHORITIES
A list of central authorities in Poland that send applications abroad (competent regional courts) can be found under the MAINTENANCE MATTERS tab in the TASKS AND PROCEDURE FOR SENDING APPLICATIONS section. The Ministry of Justice is the Polish Central Authority that accepts applications from abroad (contact details can be found in the CONTACT section).
The European e-Justice portal (commonly known as e-justice) has provided, in the MAINTENANCE OBLIGATIONS section, for the posting of information on Article 71 of Regulation 4/2009 for all countries bound by the legislation in question, concerning:
1. the courts competent to deal with applications for a declaration of enforceability of decisions and the courts competent to deal with appeals against decisions on such applications
2. redress procedures
3. review procedures
4. central authorities
5. public bodies
6. authorities competent in matters of enforcement
7. the languages accepted for translations of the documents
8. the languages accepted by central authorities for communication with other central authorities

The website provides a selection of countries on the right-hand side (the countries are denoted by the relevant flags) or through a special search engine at the bottom of the page.
The Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) website contains a list of countries; click on the link to get information on applicability of specific legislation, as well as the competent institutions to which an application can be submitted, citing the relevant legal basis.
