Poland in Sweden

At the initiative of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Stockholm and the Polish Institute in Stockholm, on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the birth and 85th anniversary of the death of Karol Szymanowski, one of Poland's greatest composers, an evening of music by Karol Szymanowski and Frederic Chopin, performed by Joanna Goranko, took place on September 9^th 2022. Invited guests had the opportunity to listen to a piano concert by Joanna Goranko, who cooperates with the Chopin Institute and was a participant of the International Chopin Competition in Warsaw in the 2021. The evening was concluded with the screening of a documentary film about Artur Rubinstein.
