This year the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Lithuania are celebrating 230^th anniversary of the adoption
of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth Constitution adopted on the 3^rd of May 1791.
The Constitution was a symbol of the struggle for the democratic changes and for independence of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth,
but it was also the first Constitution in Europe and the second after the American Constitution in the world.
We are happy and proud to celebrate this day together.
