The Swedish dailies Dagens Nyheter and Svenska Dagbladet have published information on the resolution of the UN Human Rights Council calling to stop violations of human rights in Belarus, inter alia during the peaceful protests following the rigged presidential elections Both newspapers draw attention on this occasion to the situation related to the persecution of the Polish minority in Belarus, including the arrest and sentencing to 15 days in prison of Andżelika Borys, the chairman of the Union of Poles in Belarus in this context, the newspapers recalled the statement by Mateusz Morawiecki, in which the Polish Prime Minister strongly condemned the actions of the Belarusian authorities against Poles living in Belarus.
