Administrative proceedings for granting international protection

I am currently undergoing the refugee procedure and I would like to take up employment. When will I be officially allowed to work?

In the event that the proceedings regarding international protection have not ended within 6 months, you have the right to file an application to the Head of the Office for issuing a dedicated certificate. Along with the Temporary Foreigner’s Identity Certificate, the certificate grants you with the right to take up employment in the territory of the Republic of Poland. NOTE: the certificate will lose validity after another procedure has been initiated.
