70th anniversary of the Polish Educational Society in the UK

The Polish Educational Society (Polska Macierz Szkolna w Wielkiej Brytanii), a charitable organisation supporting education in the United Kingdom, concluded the year-long celebration of its 70th anniversary with a special reception at Ognisko Polskie - Polish Hearth.

During the event, Consul General Mateusz Stąsiek, together with Consul Anna Tarnowska-Waszak and Consul Tomasz Balcerowski, thanked everyone involved in promoting the Polish language and culture in the United Kingdom. The anniversary was also an opportunity to present the commemorative album, recalling the Polish Educational Society's long history and many accomplishments.
