7 December 2022 (Wednesday) - 9.45 am - 4.00 pm

The aim of the event is to promote Poland as an attractive investment destination for British companies, especially in the technology sector, as well as to support Polish enterprises planning international development and cooperation with companies and public institutions from Great Britain.

The Polish IT sector undoubtedly presents an interesting offer for potential British recipients and cooperators, both due to the skills of Polish programmers and the activity and ambitions of Polish companies. For Polish companies (especially start-ups), Great Britain may become a springboard for more global activity, especially in the context of the policy of making the British economy more open to the world (the so-called Global Britain) after Brexit. Great Britain is the center of capital markets and an excellent starting point to enter global markets, incl. North America, Commonwealth or Middle and Far East countries.

The event is aimed at companies and institutions of the technology sector and the IT industry from both countries. The forum will be an opportunity to discuss important factors shaping economic exchange and investments between Poland and Great Britain.

The conference aims to identify new opportunities for the development of the Polish-British trade partnership in this dynamically developing area of the economy.

It is co-organized by the Economic Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in London, the London-based Foreign Trade Office PAIH, the British-Polish Chamber of Commerce (BPCC) and the Polish-British organization of the business community PBLink.

Conference partners include: the Ministry of Development and Technology, UK Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and Department for International Trade (DIT). The UK's largest high-tech associations, including techUK, Tech Nation and Coadec, will also be represented.
