We would like to inform you that the process for scheduling appointments for C and D-type visas has changed.
We would like to inform you that the process for scheduling appointments for C and D-type visas has changed. To schedule an appointment to submit your visa application, please use the e-Konsulat system. Follow the steps below to complete your application:
- Accept General Rules
Review and accept the general rules for submitting an application.
- Select Service Type and Complete Preliminary Application
Choose the service type that applies to your visa:
a. Schengen Visa (type C): Family members of Polish citizens; Other; Business; Tourism / Visits; Conferences / Sport;
b. National Visa (type D): UK Nationals (family members of Polish Nationals); Work; Studies (1st year, subsequent years, doctoral, exchange programs like Erasmus or NAWA).

Confirm Preliminary Application
Enter and save your preliminary application. Ensure the data entered exactly matches your supporting documents. You will receive a confirmation request via email. Please confirm within 48 hours to proceed.
IMPORTANT! For study visas, select an available date, complete the form, print it, and bring it along with the required documents on your registered date. -
Complete the Full Application
Within the next 48 hours, complete the full visa application. If the application is incomplete after this time, your booking will be canceled, and your data will be removed from the system. -
Appointment Allocation
If more applications are submitted than there are available dates, appointments will be assigned electronically. -
Receive Appointment Confirmation
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email with the details. Remaining applications will participate in subsequent draws until selected.
IMPORTANT!
- All data in your application must match the details in your documents.
- Consular office staff cannot influence the appointment allocation process.
- Submit your visa application no earlier than six months and no later than 15 days before your planned travel.
- Late applications may not be accepted.
