The 5th British-Polish Tech Forum

The 5th British-Polish Tech Forum took place on 14 November 2023 at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in London. This year, the event’s organisers were the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in the UK along with the Polish Trade and Investment Agency, the Polish Business Link, and the British Polish Chamber of Commerce.

On this occasion, the Ambassador of Poland to the UK, Professor Piotr Wilczek, opened the conference and spoke about the prospects of bilateral cooperation in the sphere of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. In turn, the representative of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, Krzysztof Hajłasz, showed the potential of the Polish workforce in the sphere of technology. The keynote address was given by Karol Cienkus, the Head of the Economic Section Embassy of the Republic of Poland in London.

The conference shed light on the state of development of technology and digital transformation. Later, the representatives of the British-Polish partnerships discussed new opportunities for the field. The event also saw Comarch, a Polish software house, HSBC Innovation Banking, and other IT companies deliver presentations on their recent innovations.
