Due to the coronavirus pandemic, out of concern for the health and safety of our customers, the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Chicago announces changes in the way consular services are conducted.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic and enforcement, by the local and state authorities, out of concern for your health and safety, we would like to inform you that the Polish Consulate General in Chicago:
- limits visits of clients in all matters,
- limits appointments arrangement through the e-consulate system (visas, legal and citizenship matters).
- passport appointments only by phone + 1 312 608 9229, Monday-Friday 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM, more information.
Our Consulate resumed the issuance only of D-type national visas.
