Michał Kurtyka, PhD, Minister of Climate and Environment, to present his ideas for the OECD

Poland's candidate for the position of Secretary-General of the OECD will present his ideas for the Organization during an online discussion at PISM on November 12.
On Thursday, November 12, 2020 between the hours of 14:00-15:00 CET, Michał Kurtyka, Minister of Climate and Environment and Poland’s candidate for Secretary-General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), will discuss the challenges facing the organization with Dr. Patrycja Sasnal, PISM’s head of research.
The speakers will be introduced by Damian Wnukowski, coordinator of PISM’s Asia-Pacific program.

The OECD is an international economic organization based in Paris and established in 1961. Poland has been a member of the organization since 1996.
