Polish diplomatic and consular missions in the United States are closed on Saturdays and Sundays as well as on official Polish holidays and U.S. Federal Holidays that fall on weekdays, which in 2025 include:

May 1 (Thursday) - Święto Pracy (Labor Day)

May 26 (Monday) – Memorial Day

June 19 (Thursday) – Boże Ciało (Corpus Christi Day) and Juneteenth National Independence Day

July 4 (Friday) – U.S. Independence Day 

August 15 (Friday) – Polish Armed Forces Day and Feast of the Assumption of Mary

September 1 (Monday) – Labor Day
