Public and official holidays
Polish diplomatic and consular missions in the United States are closed on Saturdays and Sundays as well as on official Polish holidays and U.S. Federal Holidays that fall on weekdays, which in 2025 include:

January 20 (Monday) – Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and the Day of the Inauguration of the President of the United States of America
February 17 (Monday) – Washington’s Birthday
April 21 (Monday) – Drugi Dzień Wielkiej Nocy (the Second Day of Easter)
May 1 (Thursday) - Święto Pracy (Labor Day)
May 26 (Monday) – Memorial Day
June 19 (Thursday) – Boże Ciało (Corpus Christi Day) and Juneteenth National Independence Day
July 4 (Friday) – U.S. Independence Day
August 15 (Friday) – Polish Armed Forces Day and Feast of the Assumption of Mary
September 1 (Monday) – Labor Day
October 13 (Monday) – Columbus Day
November 11 (Tuesday) - Poland's Independence Day and U.S. Veterans Day
November 27 (Thursday) – Thanksgiving Day
December 25 (Thursday) – Christmas Day
December 26 (Friday) - Second Day of Christmas
