Henryk Baran, a Warsaw insurgent and a Home Army soldier, who lived in Venezuela for 60 years, has been commemorated by the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN). His tombstone has been restored and included in the list of protected graves.

This work is the work of the Association of Poles in Venezuela/Hermandad Polaca en Venezuela.
