The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Caracas, together with La Poeteca, held an evening of Polish poetry for the Polish diaspora and the Venezuelan community.

The delegation of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Caracas, in partnership with La Poeteca, held a poetry evening to pay tribute to great Polish poets: Krzysztof Kamil Baczyński, Wisława Szymborska, Cyprian Kamil Norwid and Tadeusz Różewicz.

The activity was held virtually and broadcast live on the YouTube channel of La Poeteca de Caracas and on the official Instagram account. Poems were recited in two voices, in Polish and Spanish.

Kira Kariakin, María Antonieta Flores and Ricardo Ramírez Requena on the side of La Poeteca recited in Spanish, while the Delegation of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Caracas recited in Polish.

Over 80 people connected to watch the livestream.
