How to appeal ?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the first negative decision in order to appeal against a negative decision on both National visa (D-Type) and Schengen visa (C-Type) at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Hong Kong on the following days and time:

  • Tuesday : from 11:00am to 12:00pm and from 1:00pm to 2:00 pm
  • Thursday: from 11:00am to 12:00pm and from 1:00pm to 2:00 pm

Any visa refusal is documented on a visa refusal form. The reasons for the visa refusal are always indicated in the written decision. If you do not agree with the consul's decision, you have the right to apply for reconsideration of your visa application. You must submit again all documents to the consulate that issued the visa decision, refusal form, appeal letter and other additional documents which may support your appeal within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
