Complaints and proposals can be submitted from Monday to Thursday at counter of the Consular and Polish Diaspora Division between 9:30AM and 2:00PM.

The Head of the Mission, Mr. Marcin Różycki, is available to meet with individuals regarding complaints and proposals on the first Wednesday of every month between 1:00PM and 2:00PM.
