Consular fees

In force from 1 July 2025

The basic fees presented in the table below do not take into account the discounts and exemptions that the applicant may be entitled to under other regulations. Before visiting the consulate, read the information about the activity in the "Consular Information" tab, where you can find details about the fees for each type of case ("How much does it cost?").

The fee can be paid as follows:

• at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Sydney – in cash, payment card or contactless device when submitting the application,

• at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Canberra - only in cash when submitting the application.

It is also possible to make a bank transfer to the bank account. In this case, please contact in advance the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Canberra or the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Sydney, depending on where the case is to be processed.

NOTE!   The transfer should be made 24 hours before the visit - confirmation of the transfer is required during customer service.
