Second edition of the Polish Wine Festival in Brussels
11.12.2023
The second edition of the Polish Wine Festival took place on November 23 at the Polish Embassy in Brussels
Diplomats, EU officials, bloggers, and representatives of the Belgian Polish community were able to taste carefully selected Polish wines from six regions. The tasting experience was complemented by a menu based on traditional Polish cuisine. A novelty in this year's edition was the presentation of sparkling wines. The goal of the Polish Wine Festival is to enhance the visibility and presence of Polish wine producers in the Belgian market, as well as to promote Polish enotourism.
The festival was organized by the Polish Embassy in Brussels, in collaboration with the Marshal Offices or Brussels representations of the Dolnośląskie, Lubuskie, Łódzkie, Małopolskie, Opolskie, and Świętokrzyskie voivodeships, as well as the Brussels center of the Polish Tourist Organization. Festival attendees had the opportunity to engage with Polish wine producers and discover the unique qualities of Polish wines. Some of these stories were featured in the aftermovie, which we invite you to watch:
