In 2025, the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland will be closed on the following Canadian and Polish holidays: January 1st – New Year’s Day, January 6th – Three Kings Day, February 17th – Family Day, April 18th – Good Friday, April 21st – Easter Monday, May 1st – Labour Day (Poland), May 19th – Victoria Day, June 19th – Corpus Christi, July 1st – Canada Day, August 4th – Civic Holiday, August 15th – Polish Army Day / Assumption of Mary Day, September 1st – Labour Day (Canada), October 13th – Thanksgiving, November 11th – Independence Day, December 24th-26th – Christmas.
Please Note:
Pursuant to Article 130 § 2 of the Labour Code of the Republic of Poland, if a holiday (day off from work) falls on a Saturday - such as May 3, 2025 - Constitution Day and November 1st, 2025. - All Saints' Day - an additional day off on another fixed day is designated. Information on days when the Consulate will be closed in lieu of May 3rd and November 1st falling on Saturdays will be provided at a later date.
Complaints and Requests:
The Head of Office accepts complaints and requests on Mondays from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm.

Ontario (excluding the counties belonging to the consular district of the Polish Embassy in Ottawa: Ottawa-Carleton, Lanark, Prescot-Russel, Stormont-Dundas-Glengarry, Leeds-Grenville, Frontenac, Lennox, Addington, Renfrew, up to the Kingston area ) Manitoba and Nunavut.
