Returning medicines to a pharmacy
Medicinal products, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses, and medical devices dispensed from a pharmacy generally cannot be returned, except medicinal products and medical devices that have a quality defect or have been improperly dispensed, as well as falsified medicinal products.
The situation is similar when it comes to mail order. Medicinal products dispensed from a retail pharmacy or a limited service pharmacy by means of mail order of medicinal products cannot be returned. However, it is possible to return a medicinal product to a retail pharmacy or a limited service pharmacy on grounds of a quality defect, or due to the medicinal product being improperly dispensed or falsified.
