2nd Polish-Cypriot Cybersecurity Forum POL.CY.BER 2024

On June 28 The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Nicosia, together with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Polish-Cypriot Chamber of Commerce organized the second edition of the Polish-Cypriot Cybersecurity Forum, POLCYBER 2024.

The event was attended by the Minister of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy of the Republic of Cyprus, Chief Scientist of the Republic of Cyprus,  the President of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Digital Affairs of the Republic of Poland and NASK.
The forum created the opportunity to present the Polish offer of innovative technologies in the field of information security, as well as to exchange experiences of Polish and Cypriot entrepreneurs. The forum was organized as part of a project financed from the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, based on the provisions of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of cybersecurity concluded between the governments of Poland and Cyprus. The event was also an element of activities aimed at building the image of Poland as a supplier of technologically advanced products and services. Representatives of Polish companies presented services and solutions for ensuring cybersecurity, and during the B2B networking session they had the opportunity to establish contacts with Cypriot enterpreuners.
