Information on the processing of personal data in connection with the implementation of the coherent European policy of the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the European Union L 119/1 of 4 May 2016, as amended) hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR’, we inform you that:
- The Administrator of your personal data is the Minister of Economic Development and Technology, based in Warsaw, Plac Trzech Krzyży 3/5, 00-507 Warsaw, kancelaria@mrit.gov.pl, tel. +48 222 500 123, address of the box on ePUAP: /MRPIT/SkrytkaESP, electronic delivery address: AE:PL-68477-29007-EFSHR-25, while the Administrator's duties are performed by the Director of the Department of European Affairs.

- Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, i.e. in order to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator in connection with the implementation of the provisions of Article 5(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (Official Journal of the European Union C 202 of 7 June 2016)
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting/coordinating a coherent European policy within the sphere of competence of the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology.
- The recipients of your personal data may be:
- public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on commission of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes which result from the provisions of generally applicable law (e.g. at the request of courts, tax offices, the Prosecutor's Office or the Police);
- other entities which, on the basis of relevant agreements signed with Ministry of Economic Development and Technology process personal data for which the Administrator is the Minister of Economic Development and Technology (e.g. entities providing legal services, IT and telecommunication systems and services providers, postal and courier operators).
- Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the purpose of their processing, i.e. until the case for which they were collected has been settled, and then - in cases where this is required by the provisions of the Act of 14 July 1983 on the national archival resource and archives (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland of 2020, item 164, as amended) - for the period specified in those provisions. In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
- The right to access your data and to receive a copy of it in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR;
- The right to rectify (amend) your data if it is erroneous or outdated in accordance with Article 16 GDPR;
- The right to restrict the processing of your data in accordance with Article 18 GDPR
- Your data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
- The provision of data is voluntary but necessary for the conduct of the case.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or to international organizations.
- If you become aware of unlawful processing of your personal data at the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority competent in matters of personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
