Working hours:

Sunday through Thursday 9:00-12:00 - visa matters (submitting visa applications)
Sunday through Thursday 12:00-14:00 - visa matters (delivering visa decisions)
Sunday through Thursday 13:00 - 14:00 - visa matters (submitting requests for reconsideration)
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 12:00-14:00 - legal matters
Sundays, Wednesdays 12:00-14:00 - passport matters (Polish citizens)
