Attractions for the youngest and slightly older children, a concert and artistic performances, as well as the stalls of rural housewives' circles full of local delicacies – that is what the Saturday family fete organised in Ostrów Wielkopolski on the occasion of Children's Day was like. Minister of Family and Social Policy Marlena Maląg attended the event.
'June-Days at Holy Family' ("Czerwcówka u św. rodziny") was a special event last Saturday in Ostrów Wielkopolski. Participants in the fete organised on the occasion of Children's Day could count on several attractions, animations, and artistic performances, and they also had the opportunity to taste excellent dishes prepared by rural housewives' associations.
'In everyone's life, the family is a necessary support, a place that protects and gives strength. A family is the close people who love and support us in difficult moments. The parents' lives become the story of a generation – a book read by children and grandchildren. Every Polish family is the most fundamental for the Law and Justice Government. It constitutes a strong foundation on which a modern and well-developing state is built,' Minister of Family and Social Policy Marlena Maląg said on Saturday during a fete in Ostrów Wielkopolski.
