Personal data processing information in accordance with the GDPR

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR) we wish to inform you that :

1. The Data Controller of your personal data is the Minister of Family and Social Policy with its seat in Warsaw, at Nowogrodzka 1/3/5 street, 00-513 Warsaw.

2. We process your personal data in order to comply with legal obligations that arise from the scope of our activity or due to a binding contract. Therefore, we process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (e) of the GDPR.

3. You will receive detailed information on the processing of your personal data and your rights directly in the course of your case.

4. You have a right to:

  • access your data,
  • request your personal data to be rectified,
  • transfer your data,
  • to object,
  • delete or restrict the processing of your data if it is allowed by the laws under which your data are processed.

The abbreviation GDPR relates to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
