• implementation of tasks related to servicing the Minister acting as an Intermediate Body (IP) for Measures 01.02, 02.01, 02.02, 02.03, 03.04, 03.05, 04.02, 04.03, 04.04, 04.05, 04.08, 04.10, 04.11, 04.13 and 04.16 under Priorities I, II, III and IV of the European Fund for Social Development 2021-2027 (EFSD) Programme;
• implementation of tasks related to the service of the Minister acting as Intermediate Body for Measures 1.3, 1.4 and Sub-measure 1.5.1 under Priority Axis I The labour market open to all and 2.1, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 2.20 under Priority Axis II Effective public policies for the labour market, economy and education of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020;
• implementation of tasks related to cohesion policy programming after 2027 in the area of social security, family and labour;
• reporting and recovery of funds from beneficiaries of Priority I and II as well as Measures 5.4 and 5.5 of Priority V of the Operational Programme Human Capital;
• reporting and recovery of funds from beneficiaries of Measures 1.1, 1.5, 1.6 under the Operational Programme Human Resources Development;
• performing tasks related to the role of beneficiary, in relation to the implementation of EFSD Technical Assistance 2021-2027 projects;
• coordinating the Ministry's participation in monitoring and reporting on the implementation of the NRP;
• coordination of the development and monitoring of the implementation of the National Reform Programme.
