Eurostat: Unemployment rate at 3% in Poland in March

Poland is once again at the forefront of the European countries with the lowest unemployment rate. The Eurostat data demonstrate that the unemployment rate in Poland was equal to 3% in March. - This is a very good result, all the more that the EU average was 6.2% - says Marlena Maląg, the Minister of Family and Social Policy.
In March this year, the EU Member States recorded an unemployment rate of 6.2%, as announced by Eurostat. It was equal to 6.8% in the Euro zone.
The Polish labour market is in a good condition.
Eurostat announced that the unemployment rate in Poland was 3% in March this year.
- The unemployment rate in Poland has not changed in March compared to the preceding month. However, a decline has been recorded compared to March 2021. The unemployment rate stood at 3.7% at that time. The data demonstrate that the Polish labour market is in a good and stable condition. This is a very good piece of news - evaluates Minister of Family and Social Policy Marlena Maląg.
Poland being one of the European leaders with the lowest unemployment rate
From the Eurostat data results that Poland is once again at the forefront of the European countries with the lowest unemployment rate. It placed only after the Czech Republic with 2.3% and Germany with 2.9%. We share the third place with Malta where the unemployment are was also equal to 3% in March this year.
