dr Liwiusz Laska

He is a graduate of law and international relations. He completed his LL.M. at the University of Kiel. He has been a Doctor of Laws practising as a lawyer and sworn translator for 18 years. From January 2020 to December 2023, he was a member of the State Election Commission.

From 2016 to 2018, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Labour Law Codification Commission. He was a Supervisory Board of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) member. He has extensive experience in legislative work and legal services for trade unions.

For 12 years, he served as a member of the State Examination Commission for the examination of sworn translators. He is an expert in labour, administrative and electoral law and a mediator in the Court of Arbitration at the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Poland.
