Minister of Labour talks about the future and challenges of the labour market in Brussels

On 19 March, Minister of Labour Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk took part in the Tripartite Social Summit for Growth and Employment in Brussels. In her speech, she raised the issues of the future of a united European community, as well as the challenges of the labour market in times of change.
The Tripartite Social Summit for Growth and Employment is a forum for discussion between the European Union institutions and the social partners - representatives of employers and employees. This event takes place twice a year before the European Council sessions.
The Minister of Labour, Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk, who attended the Summit, pointed out that in difficult times we must be particularly concerned about social cohesion, living conditions, decent jobs and social security for Europeans.
Adapting to modern realities cannot come at the expense of European workers and their families. We must not join this race to the bottom in terms of workers' rights, wages, quality of work and quality of life,
said Minister of Labour Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk in Brussels on 19 March.
