New Year wishes by Minister Marlena Maląg

Ladies and Gentlemen,

On the occasion of the coming New Year 2022, I would like to wish you all the prosperity and a lot of happiness. I deeply hope that it will be better than the year which is coming to an end, that we will be able to overcome the adversities together and we will be able to again enjoy the mutual presence without restrictions.

I wish the year 2022 supported the implementation of plans and objectives, allowed to achieve the objectives set, gave us as many opportunities as possible to make our decisions come true. May it open up new horizons for you and set the paths leading to success.

Personally, I wish you that this year was the year of strengthening ties, establishing friendships, the year full of friendliness of your environment, warmth of your beloved ones and love.

The turn of the year is also the time to summarise and plan. I can say with full conviction that this year was friendly for Polish Families. Thanks to the Anti-Crisis Shields, we have minimised the impact of the pandemic by saving thousands of companies and millions of jobs. We have continued and developed all social programmes. We remembered about Seniors, through the 13th and 14th pensions.

The coming year, thanks to the critical “Polish Order” programme – whose first measure is “Family Care Capital” starting as from January – should be good as well. It is followed by beneficial modifications of taxes, such as PIT-0 for economically active seniors or co-financing for the stay of children in nurseries.

I wish that we continued to be solidary, devoted in the joint overcoming of difficulties, responsible and caring for the common future.
