Preliminary data of the Ministry of Family and Social PolicyIn March this year, unemployment rate in Poland amounted to 5.4 percent – as provided by the estimates by the Ministry of Family and Social Policy. – This means a slight decrease compared to the previous month and by 0.4 percentage points less than in the same period last year. This confirms the effectiveness of aid measures that have been implemented by the Government of Law and Justice for many months – says the Minister of Family and Social Policy Marlena Maląg.

The allowance aims at empowerment of persons with disability to make them decide on how to use the received aid.

04.04.2023New support allowance for persons with disabilities since 1 January 2024The Government adopted a draft act introducing a new support allowance for persons with disabilities. The allowance will amount from 50 to 200 percent of social pension. The act will enter into force on 1 January 2024. “The State’s strength is demonstrated by the way it cares of the most vulnerable ones” – said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.
