PLN 3 million for the activation of socially excluded persons in 2023

The call for applications for the “Social Employment Programme for the years 2022-2025” is being launched. Clubs and centres for social inclusion will be able to apply for support from PLN 20 to 120 thousand.
Next year, within the framework of the Social Employment Programme for the years 2023-2025, we will allocate PLN 3 million for the activation of socially excluded persons. Entities managing centres and clubs for social inclusion, inter alia, will be able to apply for receiving a subsidy as part of an open competition. – said Minister Marlena Maląg. – Thanks to co-financing, more excluded persons will be able to strengthen their participation in social life. The funds will increase the chances of persons using the support of social employment entities to find a job.
The “Social Employment Programme for the years 2023-2025” is a programme by the Minister of Family and Social Policy, through which social employment entities, i.e. centres and clubs for social inclusion, can improve the quality of their offer to these persons.
The major objective of the programme is, first of all, to strengthen the participation of socially excluded persons in social and professional life by developing the offer of social employment entities.
Entities managing centres and clubs for social inclusion, inter alia, will be able to apply for receiving a subsidy as part of an open competition under the “Social Employment Programme for the years 2023-2025”. In addition, under Priority 1 and 2, a subsidy may be applied for also by non-governmental organisations or entities listed in Article 3(3) of the Act on public benefit and volunteer work jointly with entities managing centres and clubs for social inclusion, as part of a joint tender, and by entities entitled to create SEE, which will carry out Task 2 under Priority 1.
The budget for financial support for projects in 2023 is PLN 3 million and projects for implementing the public task can apply for co-financing ranging from PLN 20 to 120 thousand under all priorities.
The programme consists of 3 Priorities. These are:
Priority 1 Reintegration services, aimed at adapting the offer of social employment entities to new socio-economic circumstances.
Priority 2 Reintegration paths, aimed at increasing the chances of persons using the support of SEE to find a job.
Priority 3 Institutional strengthening of SEE, aimed at professionalising SEE by enabling their cooperation and exchange of experience and supporting the professional development of their employees.
How to submit an offer?
The call for offers for the 2023 competition will be launched on 26 September and conducted through a Generator of Offers and Reports available on https://zs.mrips.gov.pl/ and will last until 26 October 2022, 16:00.
