PLN 3 million to activate the socially excluded in 2024

The Social Employment Programme 2023-2025 is a programme of the Minister of the Family, Labour and Social Policy through which social employment entities, i.e. social integration centres and clubs, can improve the quality of what offer to these people.
The main objective of the Social Employment Programme 2023-2025 is, above all, to intensify the participation of socially excluded people in social and professional life by developing the offer of social employment entities.
Entities that can apply to obtain a grant through an open call for proposals under the Social Employment Programme 2023-2025. The 2024 Edition are entities operating SEE (social employment entities) referred to in the Social Employment Act, i.e. social integration centres and social integration clubs. In addition, non-governmental organisations or entities listed in Article 3(3) of the Act on Public Benefit Activity and Volunteerism may also apply for a grant with entities running a SEE as part of a joint bid under Priority 1 and 2, as well as entities entitled to establish a SEE which will implement Task 2 under Priority 1.
The budget for the financial support of projects in 2024 is PLN 3 million and the funding of projects for the implementation of a public task with between £20,000 and £120,000 under all priorities.
The programme consists of 3 Priorities:
Priority 1 Reintegration services
Adaptation of the offerings of social employment entities to the new socio-economic conditions
Priority 2 Reintegration pathways
Improving the employability of those supported by the SEE
Priority 3 Institutional strengthening of SEE
Professionalising the SEE by enabling cooperation and experience sharing by these entities, and supporting the professional development of their staff
How to submit an offer?
The call for offers for the 2024 competition will be launched on 20 March this year and conducted through a Generator of Offers and Reports available on zs.mrips.gov.pl and will last 4 pm on 20 April 2024.
