09.08.2022
It is only one more week - until 16 August of this year - that applications for financing the establishment and equipment of the centre are accepted under the programme ‘Residential and care centres’. - I encourage municipalities and poviats to join the programme, together we will be able to create a safe space for many persons with disabilities – says Paweł Wdówik, Deputy Minister of Family and Social Policy and Government Plenipotentiary for Disabled People.
The main task of the residential and care centres is to combine independent residence with support provided by qualified personnel.
As Paweł Wdówik, Deputy Minister of Family and Social Policy and Government Plenipotentiary for Disabled People, points out, PLN 30 million have been allocated to the tasks in the framework of the ongoing call for applications.
We wish that persons with disabilities have the right to decide the type of assistance they want to use, the way it is provided - says Paweł Wdówik.
The centres are to provide accommodation services in the form of an all-day or daily stay.

A municipality/poviat submits applications to the competent voivode:
- Module I (establishment and equipment of the centre) - until 16 August of the current year
- Module II (operation of the centre) - continuous call
