The General Inspector of Financial Information hereby informs that on 11 June 2019 new versions of xml schemas constituting templates of electronic documents referred to in Article 78(2) of the AML/CFT Act were published in the Central Repository of Electronic Documents. Changes were made due to remarks of the reporting obligated institutions submitted in the process of testing of new reporting system (see the GIFI Communication no. 3 of 2 April of the current year). New templates may be downloaded from the website http://crd.gov.pl/. Changes concern four templates - the relevant numbers of templates together with indicated changes are presented below.

 

2019/06/11/7927 - the template of the information on executed transfer of funds exceeding the equivalent of EUR 15,000, submitted to the General Inspector of Financial Information;

Changes in the template:

1) allowing for indicating more than one authorised person in the paths:

1. 1. TrZlecanaPrzezKlienta/ZleceniodawcaOsobaFizyczna/OsFizycznaOsobaUpowazniona

[translation: TrOrderedByTheCustomer/OriginatorNaturalPerson/NaturalPersonAuthorisedPerson] (optional tag from 0 to many occurrences);

1. 2. TrZlecanaPrzezKlienta/ZleceniodawcaOsobaPrawna/OsPrawnaOsobaUpowazniona

[translation: TrOrderedByTheCustomer/OriginatorLegalPerson/LegalPersonAuthorisedPeros] (obligatory tag from 0 to many occurrences);

2) change of niplO attribute from “optional” to “obligatory”;

3) adding dataKorekty [transl. dataCorrection] attribute (type: TDataTr, obligatory attribute if the attribute korekta=true  [transl. correction=true];

4) adding an annotation describing what the document concerns.

 

2019/06/11/7926 - the template of the information concerning the executed purchase and sale transaction of foreign currency with the value exceeding the equivalent of EUR 15,000, or intermediation in performing such transaction, submitted to the General Inspector of Financial Information;

Changes in the template:

1) allowing for indicating more than one authorised person in the paths:

2019/06/11/7925 - the template of the information on payment or disbursement of funds exceeding the equivalent of EUR 15,000, submitted to the General Inspector of Financial Information;

Changes in the template:

1. adding an optional element KwotaPoPrzewalutowaniu [transl. SumAfterConversion] (optional tag, type: TSumTr)
2. adding an optional element KwotaPoPrzewalutowaniu [transl. CodeOfCurrencyAfterConversion] (optional tag, type: TCurrencyCodeTr);
3. Adding the possibility of indicating authorised persons for beneficiaries of the transactions through adding optional elements in the paths presented below:

1. TrZlecanaPrzezKlienta/Beneficjent/BeneficjentDanePelne/OsFizycznaOsobaUpowazniona [transl. TrOrderedByTheCustomer/Beneficiary/BeneficiaryFullData/NaturalPersonAuthorisedPerson] (optional tag, typ:TOsobaFizycznaUpowazniona [transl. type: TAuthorisedNaturalPerson] from 0 to many occurrences);

TrOrderedByTheCustomer/Beneficiary/BeneficiaryFullData/LegalPersonAuthorisedPerson] (obligatory tag if the withdrawal of funds for the beneficiary being a legal person, typ:TOsobaFizycznaUpowazniona [transl. type: TAuthorisedNaturalPerson] from 0 to many occurrences);

4) change of niplO attribute from optional to obligatory;

5) adding dataKorekty [transl.  dataCorrection] attribute (type: TDataTr, obligatory attribute if the attribute korekta=true [transl. correction=true]);

6) adding an annotation describing what the document concerns;

 

2019/06/11/7924 - the template of the information on the notary deed exceeding the equivalent of EUR 15,000, submitted to the General Inspector of Financial Information;

Changes in templates:

1) change of the attribute charakterPodmiotu [transl.  natureofSubject] from “optional” to “obligatory”;

2) change of niplO attribute from optional to obligatory;

3) adding dataKorekty [transl. dataCorrection] attribute (type: TDataTr, obligatory attribute if the attribute korekta=true [transl. correction=true]);

 

The introduced and published changes aim at improving inaccuracies and deficiencies indicated by the reporting obligated institutions in terms of submitting the information, in particular they serve for making xml schemas more coherent with the description of documents published in the previous communications, together with particular elements of the xml scheme (including the conditions of data coherence, the use of dictionary values, etc.).
