Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to increase the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego statutory fund

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego statutory fund.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 5 billion were transferred on June 21, 2023.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which has been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK1025 – PLN 0.75 billion,
  2. PS0728 – PLN 1.75 billion,
  3. WZ1128 – PLN 1.50 billion,
  4. DS1033 – PLN 1.00 billion.
