Poland commits to adopt CARF

- Poland has joined the CARF Joint Statement.
Poland has joined the CARF Joint Statement, a joint declaration that commits signatories to adopt CARF. This means that Poland has joined 58 other countries that will introduce new rules for reporting crypto transactions. The countries declare that they will begin the international exchange of tax information obtained in this regard from 2027.
The CARF Joint Statement is a bottom-up initiative by the countries of the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes.
