The Relationships with Customers Department is responsible for:
- Creating a multi-channel service strategy for National Revenue Administration (NRA) customers - individuals and businesses,
- Constructing and developing NRA digital services, including the e-Tax Office and the podatki.gov.pl service,
- Supervising direct service processes in the National Revenue Administration,
- Building an NRA customer experience strategy,
- Supervising direct service processes at NRA,
- Implementing the Program: “Client in the centre of attention of National Revenue Administration”,
- Implementing support service tasks for customer service systems and applications ,
- Direct service quality management - design, implement and modify customer service standards across all NRA contact channels,
- Architecture and design of business processes in the area of individual and business customer service,
- Providing management information in the area of customer service in NRA.
