03.04.2024
Examples of activities for which SMEs will be able to receive funding include expansion of the range of services in a hotel, furnishing or expanding a café or a restaurant. Micro, small and medium-sized companies will be able to apply for non-repayable grants from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP). The rules for recruitment to the programme were announced today by Deputy Ministers Jan Szyszko in Zielona Góra and Jacek Protas in Krakow.
We have good news for the Lubuskie region and for Poland as a whole. I would like to announce one of the first calls under the NRP, which will start in early May. It will be worth more than PLN 1.2 billion. Its target audience will be small and medium-sized companies in the HoReCa sector, people who work in the tourism and leisure sector,
said Deputy Minister Jan Szyszko in Zielona Góra.
The Council of the European Union has given a positive opinion on the first payment request from the National Recovery Plan. By mid-April this year, PLN 27 billion will have come to Poland. NRP funds are targeted at the sectors of the Polish economy most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. 'Under this plan, the catering and hotel industry (HoReCa), as well as the tourism and culture sectors, have the opportunity to receive financial support through non-refundable grants,
said Deputy Minister Jacek Protas.
