"Tagesspiegel" - Poland is a country of an economic miracle

For the German economy, the countries of the Visegrad Group are more important than China, writes the German daily Tagesspiegel Christoph in the Saturday edition.

Germany's trade with the V4 countries in 2020 amounted to EUR 286 billion and accounted for 12.8 percent of German trade, while trade with China was worth EUR 212 billion, or 9.5 percent of German trade. The Polish economy has been growing continuously for 30 years, and now this country is fifth on the list of Germany's trading partners, behind China, the Netherlands, the USA and France, but ahead of Russia, Italy and Great Britain.
