Publishing house of the Institute of Forensic Research

The publishing house of the Institute of Forensic Research has been formally in existence since 1995. It publishes books and journals devoted to forensic science issues such as genetics, psychology, toxicology, road accidents, as well as legal issues. Moreover, it publishes two scientific journals: “Problems of Forensic Sciences” and “Paragraph on the road”.

The journal “Problems of Forensic Sciences” has been published since 1960 by the Publishing House of the Institute of Forensic Research, publishing various articles from a wide range of forensic sciences and related disciplines. Problems of Forensic Sciences is a quarterly journal, and all articles are published in both English and Polish. The journal “Paragraph on the Road. Legal and forensic road traffic topics” have been published since 1999. The addressees of the published content are primarily court experts and appraisers in the field of road accidents, but also lawyers related to road traffic issues, police officers, people involved in training and examining candidates for drivers, as well as employees of road administration and road authorities. “Paragraph on the Road” is a quarterly journal.
