IGF Poland

This year’s edition of the IGF Poland will take place on 4 October. The event will be held in the City of Wrocław in the Wroclaw Congress Center. The organization of the conference is a joint responsibility of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and NASK - National Research Institute.

IGF Poland is a local Internet Governance Forum initiative operating within the UN IGF National and Regional Initiatives network. Our goal is to initiate and facilitate discussions on the development of digital space and on current and key issues related to the functioning of the Internet at the local country level. Last year's edition held in the city of Lublin gathered a record number of over 600 registered participants. We were particularly pleased with the large number of young people who attended.

The IGF Poland 2023 in Wrocław will be a continuation, at the national level, of the global IGF held in Katowice in 2021 and is entirely in line with the idea of the UN multistakeholder initiative.

At the IGF Poland 2023, we will continue the discussion under the 3 thematic tracks inaugurated during last year's Lublin edition. These will be:

• Technologies in the service of society,
• Man on the Internet,
• Digital legislation forum.

We hope that this year's Forum will bring together even more representatives of the youth than it did last year. We want to get the young people as interested as possible in issues related to the digital space and we look forward to talking about it together in October.

IGF Poland 2023 will be held in Polish language only and no interpretation will be provided.
