The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Nairobi informs that, in accordance with applicable regulations, the Polish side cannot legalize documents issued by in Kenya which do not bear the signature of an authorized official at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nairobi and the stamp of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nairobi. This means that Kenyan documents legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nairobi via the e-citizen website with a QR code will not be accepted for legalization at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Nairobi.

We encourage people interested in obtaining legalization at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Nairobi to apply to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nairobi for legalization of the document in the "traditional" way, i.e. the Kenyan document should have the handwritten signature of an official and the stamp of the ministry. We would like to inform you that the Kenyan side carries out legalization in the manner presented at the express request of the interested person.
